The Cue app is offered on monthly credit plans, and the API is metered — both are billed as described on the pricing page. Don't abuse the service, and don't use it to break the law.

Cue matches music from a licensed catalog. Your right to use a track in your video follows the terms of that catalog's license — Cue helps you find and place music, but the underlying license governs your use.

You keep ownership of the videos you upload and the projects you create. You grant us the permission we need to process your content and provide the service — nothing more.

We're actively building Cue, so features change. We'll do our best to give notice of meaningful changes to paid API behavior. The service is provided as-is while we grow.
